To purchase merchandise at a live venue, customers may have to wait in long lines depending on the situation, but we have developed a service that allows customers to select products in advance on an e-commerce website, complete payment, and then pick them up at the venue on the day.

This allows fans to purchase merchandise more conveniently, without having to wait in long lines, by being able to purchase the merchandise they want and picking up their merchandise at a designated counter at a set time.

To realize this service, we took on new challenges, such as introducing a venue pickup function to our e-commerce site and developing our own iPad app to hand over products to customers at the venue.
