(Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hajime Sato; hereinafter referred to as "Fanplus"), in response to the increasingly serious challenges in Japan, such as the shortage of engineers, difficulties in recruitment, and rising labor costs. The company has determined that building and strengthening an offshore development model, as well as promoting co-creation of value in business, are crucial elements that form the core of its strategy.

NTQ Corporation possesses not only strong development capabilities in traditional IT technologies across the board, but also strengths in the research, development, and practical application of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, Web3, and global payment systems. Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen Fanplus's development capabilities to further enhance and expand its fan club management services and e-commerce related services.
