(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takemitsu Hirai; hereinafter, "Fanpla") to promote a project to build a Web 3.0 economic sphere in the music entertainment industry.

We are pleased to announce that our collaborative partner, Fanpla, has signed an agreement with Fireblocks (Headquarters: New York, USA; Co-Founder & CEO: Michael Shaulov; hereinafter "Fireblocks"), a globally respected digital asset infrastructure provider, to introduce the first embedded wallet to the Japanese market. Fireblocks established a Japanese office in December last year to expand its influence in the Asia-Pacific region.

[Background and project overview]
In this project, we aim to work with Fanpla to create a new Web 3.0 entertainment economy where artists and fans can maximize the value of their mutual activities, and to provide innovative solutions to the challenges facing the Japanese music market.
In addition, the IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) being considered as part of this project will be carried out by Fanpla as the issuer of new cryptocurrencies, with the aim of issuing tokens that cater to the entertainment industry.

[About the contract with Fireblocks]
This agreement will enable the use of Fireblocks' cutting-edge MPC (Multi-Party Computation) technology on the platform developed for this project, creating an optimal environment for users to manage their crypto assets more safely and intuitively.
We aim to fundamentally resolve the barriers to convenience and security issues faced by conventional digital wallets, and provide an innovative and secure service that can be used with confidence by a wide range of users.
