24-hour exclusive content and push notifications contribute to member activation!
"MOMENT" is real-time social media content available for 24 hours only.
By being able to see the members' everyday lives in a closed space such as the fan club, you have more opportunities to feel closer to them, which means you can now enjoy the fan club for a long time.
The members had mastered the Fleet feature that was originally available on Twitter and had become well-known to fans as "Fleet comedians," but the Fleet feature has now been discontinued.
The agency requested a feature that would replace Fleets, so we developed and released "MOMENT," a 24-hour real-time SNS for fan club content, as a feature of the app.
There is a feature that allows members to comment on posted MOMENTs, which encourages members to post more frequently by seeing comments from other members.
In addition, we will be implementing tour-related measures using MOMENT!
For the nationwide tour "No Matter How You Look At It, You Love Equal-Lab," which began in April 2022, MOMENT featured a countdown featuring handwritten messages from the members, which helped members look forward to the days leading up to the tour and also helped to build excitement for the tour.
In July 2022, we introduced a feature that automatically sends push notifications when a MOMENT is posted, which led to an increase in active users and improved satisfaction, and it has now become our most used killer content.
We will continue to expand the scope of use of "MOMENT" and aim to improve our services.
